Outdoor dining is also a delight, with a charming private yard offering tables and lounge areas on both levels. Follow the path to the dock for yet another inviting gathering spot! Upstairs, discover two thoughtfully designed bedrooms and a newly renovated guest bathroom.

Downstairs, a private primary suite, laundry room, den, and game table accommodating six or more await. Books and games are provided for your entertainment pleasure.

The saltwater pool, fire pit, covered porch, and deck beckon after a day by the ocean, offering a private retreat. You can even enjoy watching wildlife from the living room, overlooking the canal! Three access points to the ocean are just a short walk away - one even includes golf cart parking. A Vacation Rental Agreement and valid photo ID is required to book.

We follow the cancellation policy and strongly suggest that you purchase trip insurance for your stay. We do not refund outside our cancellation policy.

Although our home has been renovated, it is not a new home. Please use caution on the deck and sea wall. We like the quirky vibes of a classic beach cottage. If you are looking for a brand new place, this is not for you.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
